The club was founded on the first of September 2022. We have chosen the name “International Club Sant Just Desvern” – “ICSJD” in short. We are legally registered as ASOCIACIÓN CULTURAL INTERNACIONAL DE SANT JUST DESVERN.
The ICSJD is composed of active members and honorary members. The number of members of the ICSJD is unlimited.
Any natural person of legal capacity who expresses the wish to contribute to the realization of the objectives of the ICSJD may be admitted as an active member.
Prerequisite for the acquisition of membership is a written application for membership, which is to be addressed to the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors decides on the application for membership at its own discretion. The Board of Directors will ensure that at all times a majority of the active members are of International nationality and reside in Sant Just Desvern.
Upon proposal of the Board of Directors, natural persons may be admitted as honorary members by the General Assembly who, without actively participating in the activities of the ICSJD, have particularly distinguished themselves by their material or moral support of the ICSJD in the realization of the purpose of the ICSJD.
Members of the ICSJD may freely withdraw from the ICSJD by notifying the Board of Directors of their resignation in writing.
